Jeromy W. Cotten is a
graduate of Auburn University with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering. Jeromy has worked for Amoco,
Shaw Industries and Michelin as a project
engineer, responsible for projects in excess
of 12 million dollars. He has performed
energy audits for small commercial
facilities to large industrial facilities
saving them thousands of dollars on their
energy bills. Jeromy is a certified energy
manager through the association of energy
engineers. Jeromy is using his passed
experience and his passion for energy
conservation to impact the residential
market with energy efficient and
environmental friendly home construction. As
the World energy crisis continues the
consumer will need to look for ways to
conserve at every level.
LOGIC
Engineering and Construction feels the residential
sector can greatly impact energy consumption
and they are positioned to help.
Stephen P. Davis
graduated from Auburn University in 1988
with a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering
degree. During his time at Auburn he
alternated work at Alabama Power and school
as a cooperative education student to help
put him and his wife through school.
After graduation he worked with Florida
Power and Light and in 1991 came to work in
Tennessee with TVA. For the past 16
years he has worked with commercial,
industrial, and residential customers
providing energy efficient recommendations
and power quality solutions.
Steve has performed
the project manager role on many projects,
with individual project values of greater
that 2.5 million. Throughout his
career he has had a great record of success
in bringing the projects in time and under
budget - a much desired trait in home
builders.
Steve is licensed as a
professional engineer in Tennessee and
Kentucky. He is a Certified Energy
Manager by the Association of Energy
Engineers, and is a Green Building Engineer.
His experience in project management,
electrical systems, and energy efficiency
are strengths he brings to the home building
industry.
